Manufacturing Excellence: Seamless & Welded Gr5 Titanium Tubing
TSM uses premium VIM-VAR (vacuum arc remelted) billet to produce gr5 titanium tube with consistent alpha-beta microstructure. Our cold pilgering process ensures tight wall concentricity (±5%) and excellent surface finish. For large-diameter thin-wall requirements, we supply welded and drawn 6al-4v titanium tubing that meets ASTM B861. Every batch undergoes solution annealing and pickling to eliminate alpha case.
Managing the interstitial elements (Oxygen, Nitrogen, Hydrogen) during the melting and drawing of Grade 5 titanium is what separates high-quality tubing from failure-prone material. TSM utilizes double-vacuum melting to ensure a homogenous alloy chemistry.
